Help naturally recreating the effects of humidity? Is there a product that will make my hair as frizzy and crazy as I naturally love it?

Hi r/fancyfollicles! I am on the hunt for a product that can recreate my natural curl in a dryer climate. I know very little about hair, though I love mine, and am particular about it despite my lazy routine with it, so I figured you all would be able to help! I have naturally wavy, moderately thick, layered hair. I typically wash it about every three days (I use Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care shampoo and Herbal Essences Totally Twisted conditioner, if that helps to know), and use Batiste dry shampoo if the roots start to get oily. I always let it air dry, usually knotting it up in a topknot once it's mostly dry to help give it some additional volume and curl. I use no products in my hair, nor do I style it. In humid enough weather, it curls up nicely, as such:

Angle 1 Ooh, Angle 2 Ahh

I love my hair this way. Unfortunately, this is an effect of the humid Midwestern summer air. In dryer climates without much moisture in the air, and during the winter when the air is dry, it barely curls at all, laying mostly wavy and flat. Gag. I like it crazy and frizzy.

I'm about to go to a dry climate for a few months, and would love to find a product that can give my hair the effects that humidity has on it. A friend of mine recommended sea salt spray during the dryer winter months. I tried some of hers around February, which I believe was John Masters Sea Mist Sea Salt Spray with Lavender. It didn't do much for me. I bought John Frieda's Bleach Blonde Sea Waves Sea Salt Spray and tried that several times. Also pretty much nothing except a little extra stickiness. With both of products, I misted them into my hair when it was about half dry and scrunched. To no avail.

I am forever a lazy, air dry kind of girl, so I'm not really seeking styling advice unless it's as quick and easy as putting it in a messy topknot with a hair tie (I don't have the patience to put it in rollers and let it air dry that way or do pin curls every day). Getting the curls and the volume is just hard without humidity in the air. If you all have any recommendations for products, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
