TIFU by changing someones screensaver on their phone to a two girls one cup picture that wasn't even NSFW

So I started this new job a few days ago and I have really gotten to know my 5 co-workers. We work in an art gallery. One of the ladies, lets call her Jill, is really nice and loves to joke and crack up with people. She and I picked at one another since I have started. SO another guy, lets call him Jack, came in and he and I hit it off. He is pretty cool and the two of us are cracking jokes with Jill, which she is laughing with us. We all had tears rolling at some of the stupid stuff we were talking about. So Jack tells Jill to watch two girls one cup and that it is really funny. We get her to watch and she is grossed out but laughs too.

When she leaves for a while we noticed she left her phone so we changed her screen saver to a picture of the girls holding the bowl of crap. She comes back and sees it and is laughing and smacks us both playfully. The rest of the day goes on and everything is fine.

Then our manager comes in and she starts balling that we messed her phone up. He sees the picture and tells me to take it off. So in front of him I delete the photo and change her screen saver back. Mean while she is behind him saying I am rude and that I shouldn't have "fucked with my phone."

Blows it way out of proportion. So immediately after that in front of everyone I say," Hey Jill, I am really sorry for the phone prank. I didn't mean to hurt you. If I had known it would upset you I wouldn't have done it. " She gave me a hug and said it was okay.

So I go to work yesterday everything was cool and then I go in today and my manager writes me up and makes me sign this paper saying that he reprimanded me and that I apologized. It just said I played a prank on another co-worker by changing their screen saver on the phone. So I signed it and he said it wasn't a big deal and that he wasn't trying to be mean but that he had to follow policy.

Here is what scares me. He said the Jill could claim sexual harassment because of the photo and now I am freaking out because 1) I never even tried to sexually harass her and 2) she was laughing at the damn picture.
